CONSULTATION
SERVICES Feeling overwhelmed and don’t know
where to begin?
We offer a personal consultation or Needs Assessment to diagnose
problems, set goals and design a plan to get you started.
This Needs Assessment consists of:
A tour of your space
A discussion of what works and what doesn’t
An assessment of equipment and supplies
A project and task list
A resource list you can use

ACTIVE
ORGANIZING
You have a plan, but the task is still daunting. Or, you have
a deadline to meet. We will work side by side with you, executing
the steps of the plan to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
This team approach usually makes the difference between
lasting results and a history of failed attempts. As we
clear clutter and put systems in place, we will teach you
valuable organizing principles and tips along the way.

PERSONAL
ASSISTING
Clients contact us to keep their offices running while they
are busy doing what they do well. This involves a variety
of tasks, from using Quicken to manage accounts to updating
databases and managing all the details that support a well
run home office. You name the need. We ’ll fulfill

SPEAKING/TRAINING
One of the most gratifying aspects of our business is spreading
the word about achieving harmony through order and simplicity.
There’s no greater satisfaction to us than seeing
the light bulbs go on as clients realize how the “stuff”
in their lives has become a burden. Basic organizing principles
apply to everything we do, in any situation, on many levels.
We can adapt this message in speaking to a wide variety of
groups. What’s more, we provide training in these principles,
as well as other kinds of training, such as basic computer
organizing skills and the effective use of Palm Pilots. We
enjoy sharing the ease of living these organizing concepts
allow, and we deliver our message with both purpose and, always,
a sense of humor.

We follow up because we care. We want to know how you
are and where you are on your journey. If it serves to further
motivate you, all the better!
We offer follow-up through phone and email, whether it’s
reminders, “homework” or additional assessments
of what is and isn’t working. To us, follow-ups are a
natural extension of seeing someone in need and our attempt to
help and check in. So as you ease into your newly organized
