This garage owner is a salesman. He unloads brochures and materials from his truck every week. These materials were getting damaged and were hard to manage. The goal was to assign homes for items that were safe, to use the wall and ceiling space, and design a system that was effortless to use. We started organizing this local Pittsburgh executive by clearing out the filing cabinets of outdated materials and quickly creating current files and putting them where he could easily access them. He also found that he was holding a lot of items that were to be delegated to others. We established an easy system to help those items flow and had this office transformed in 3 hours!
